BRIGHT EYES | UPTOWN THEATRE | APRIL 2, 2011

Such an AMAZING show at the Uptown Theatre yesterday. It was my fourth time seeing Bright Eyes, & goddam it was a great show. & Yeah, they’re my favorite band ever. i lost my sidekicks at the beginning of the show so found myself surrounded by strangers as close as i could get to the front & spent the night soaking in the music. Every time i see Bright Eyes, Conor always surprises me with the playlist… i probably almost died of shock when he played Poison Oak. it’s a song i’ve been listening a lot to lately. Lua, A Lover I Don’t Have To Love, Something Vague (OF COURSE), The Calendar Hung Itself… it was pretty much heaven.

All photos above taken by me. Click here to see the full gallery on Flickr.

I don’t care what anyone says… i’ll love Conor forever.

Poison Oak here. Yeah. it’s sad, of course.
